EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a psychotherapy treatment that was designed to alleviate the distress associated with traumatic memories and symptoms associated with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) (Shapiro, 1989a, 1989b).
