7 Day Wellness Retreat at Pura Vida

Set in the beautiful and sacred lands of Pura Vida Resort and Spa in Costa Rica, participants engage in a variety of activities aimed at enhancing overall mental health, with mindfulness exercises, yoga, meditation, and group therapy and coaching sessions. A week of self reflection and guided self help workshops to provide tools for managing stress and anxiety, processing trauma and learning to let go and let growth.

Life Coaching Courses

Weekly group life coaching and modern-day philosophy classes are held every Wednesday from 5 pm MT - 6:15 pm MT. In Part I: The Fundamentals (April 2-May 21) we explore ancient philosophy and ethics and dive deeper into our own perception about meaning and purpose. In Part II: The Essentials (August 6-October 1) we focus on human psychology exploring deep-rooted and ancestral feelings such as fear, love, and happiness. In Part III: The Master Communication Class (October 8-November 19) we explore communication in business, personal, and intimate relationships. This course shows you how to break negative patterns that hold you back. You’ll create healthy habits that lighten your outlook on life, and yourself. You will become the best version of yourself and be ready to help others do the same.
